| Technical Class (Sunday) |
| This class is for those of you who want to concentrate specifically on the technical aspects of Thai boxing.
It is recommended (although certainly not compulsory) that you are not at complete beginner level if you come to this class.
The session is taken by Dave Phillips who is an active fighter and learned under the tutelage of Richard Cadden, Andy Howson and Liam Harrison here in the UK and the world famous Jitti Gym in Bangkok |

| All Levels Class (Tuesday) |
| Anyone and everyone is welcome to this class! Beginners will find the All Levels class a perfect way to be introduced to Muay Thai and the fitness that accompanys it, whilst the more advanced will enjoy being able to get their teeth in to an intense training session.
This class focuses on exercise and pad work rather than sparring and consistently attracts a good number of both male and female members of all abilities. |

| Similar to Tuesday nights, this class is open to anyone from beginner to fighter who wants a great workout and to learn Muay Thai.
The Wednesday night class will focus more on technique rather than fitness. |

| Exactly the same as Tuesday nights, this class is open to anyone from beginner to fighter who wants a great workout and to learn Muay Thai. |
